About

A research institute for auditable AI.

The Sannvev Institute convenes research, policy, and applied engineering on how information systems can be made trustworthy, traceable, and democratically accountable.

Mission

The Institute advances the science and practice of auditable information systems — with a particular focus on multi-agent AI, where questions of "who knows what, when, and on what evidence" are no longer theoretical but operationally decisive.

Our work bridges formal epistemic logic, large language models, and the governance frameworks under which both are deployed. We produce research, prototypes, and partnerships that make advanced AI systems legible to the institutions that depend on them.
