Chartered projects.
Sannvev chartered projects produce specifications, reference implementations, and validation tooling under the Institute's foundation-wide IP and governance framework. Each project has its own charter, committers, license, and funding.
First chartered project
The Institute's first chartered project is a reference implementation — and, where applicable, published specification — for auditable information provenance in multi-agent AI systems: tracking where information in an AI system came from, how it was transformed, and with what confidence.
Applications
- Defence and intelligence contexts where source attribution and classification tracking are mandatory.
- Regulated industries with audit-trail and explainability requirements.
- Information-integrity work, including election security and counter-disinformation infrastructure.
Status
The project is in active development and will be formally chartered and named publicly when its charter, license, and governance structure are adopted by the Board. Links to the source repository, project charter, and contribution guide will be published here at that time.
Candidate and forthcoming projects
The Institute's pipeline includes additional projects under exploration, including work on AI audit and compliance tooling for employment and hiring contexts. Projects are announced publicly only once formally chartered by the Board.
